Foreclosure in Florida

Today Florida is the number one state for properties that are in foreclosure. To date there are 2,000,000 plus residential, multi family and commercial properties listed as being in foreclosure. As a Realtor I have access to these properties and information about them. So who would be a client of mine? A client would be any person, investor, or investment group that is looking to purchase a property below current market value, or looking to buy a good deal.
